Spiagge San Pietro Resort

Has lots of potential but the rooms were very very basic and the bed was horribly hard and uncomfortable. The presentation of the hotel was nice but they have invested nothing into the rooms which really impacted the whole experience. The grounds are lovely and the pool area is very nice as is the beach and beach sun lounge areas. There are also great options to do kayaking and water sports. The staff were also polite and helpful.

very nice and calm resort, not many people! + room service + location + calm beautiful beach (except from 10-12h when the animatore from the other resort is very loud) + restaurant has vegan options + staff is nice - breakfast could be definitely better, I would prefer a real (richer) buffet - vegan options are there but not on the same level like the non vegan menu. then for the price, the vegan menu for 60€ is a bit too expensive - Wifi doesn’t work well - no drinks are sold on the beach from the hotel, only at the pool. I find good that there is no restaurant (calm), but maybe there could be a little station installed where cold drinks are sold…

We just stayed in this hotel for a week. We chose it after extensive research into hotels in the area, and seeing the good reviews. Unfortunately it was quite a disappointment. This is supposed to be a 4-star hotel - its far from that level. The room was extremely simple, done with minimal efforts, the cheapest of everything (eg. One plastic! cup in the bathroom per person for the whole week). The whole resort had this feeling - save on everything while charge the maximum. Breakfast was basic, with the same approach. Beyond that we only ate in the restaurant once, on the day of arrival - we had two salads, a basic green one and a Caesar salad which came with dry, burnt, chewy chicken pieces, for 25 EUR each. Afterwards we rather went out to eat - there are many great agroturismos in the region. The hotel looks great on the pictures and the beach is nice - but its a lifeless, soulless place where they dont care about the guest, only the money.

I chose this resort after many searches and comparisons with several hotels on the island due to its location and the fact that on their website it was written that it was renovated in 2023. -Regarding the location: it was exactly what we were hoping for: a quiet resort, with its own beautiful pool and close to a gorgeous beach with quality sunbeds. -Regarding the renovation, we think it could be done much better (at least in the room we stayed in). -We found very good food, with quality and varied products, however, the time spent at the table seemed quite long from the moment we sat down to the time the food was served, for that at lunch and dinner, on most days, we preferred to choose other options (there are enough in the area). -The way of serving breakfast does not seem appropriate to me and the time spent at the table is exaggerated, everything culminated on the last day when it took over 50 minutes from the time we sat down to the time the food arrived, honestly , if we weren't with the 6-year-old girl with us, we would definitely have gotten up and left, just like other guests did. However, the staff seems eager to make things as good as possible so that the guests feel good, even the management seems receptive to suggestions and eager to improve things. From my point of view, in order to be a "4-star superior hotel" (as stated on the website) they still have work to do.
